San Francisco County is participating in the QRIS. A QRIS helps to improve programs by measuring the current level of quality in different early childhood centers against research-backed standards. The QRIS also provides supports to educators to meet standards through trainings, technical assistance and coaching. In California, these standards are tied to program environments, director-owner qualifications and the director-staff/child interactions. Tools in the QRIS include the ASQ, DRDP, ERS, and CLASS instruments.Comeand participate in a QRIS informational workshop to learn about the QRIS and the tools being used to measure quality. Find out how it connects to what happens at the centers, and the policies that impact children, families and the educators! This workshop is for the new Directors and new lead teachers.
