Build up those base miles this fall and winter so you'll be fast in the spring! Come join us for a women-only endurance ride. No prior racing experience required, but you need to be comfortable riding 16+mph on flat to rolling terrain to enjoy this ride. We'll be riding on rolling terrain from Woodside through Palo Alto and Los Altos to Rancho San Antonio and back. The route is posted on Strava ( https://www.strava.com/routes/11857829). This is a little shorter than our previous endurance rides to allow those interested in testing their ability against the clock to participate in the Beat the Clock Time Trial on Canada Rd. before the ride. Helmets are required. You will need a road bike in good working condition, and be self-sufficient. Bring your own flat-fixing materials, water, snacks, etc. This is a no-drop ride with regroups, but you should be comfortable finding your own way back if you decide to leave early or otherwise get separated.
