Speakers:

Matthew Bateman is a data & design specialist with five years of supporting startups and community initiatives around the world. He balances passion for design and storytelling with a relentless approach to strategic execution and communication, having managing projects ranging from educational support in the Congo to content marketing out of Muscle Beach to UX design for financial literacy.


Randy Messengale serves as adjunct professor and chairman of the leadership certification program at the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University. He has spent over 35 years working with leading-edge technology firms such as; Intel, Microsoft, InfoSpace and Tektronix in the areas of human resources, marketing and operations management. He is the founder and president of Spinoza Technology, a provider of software to the entertainment and education markets.


Aaron Rose is a co-founder of CareerLight, LLC, a Seattle-based company that provides customized career training for international students to help them prepare for a successful career. He is also a co-founder of several international businesses including Global Tactics, ROI3, and Yeeko. Mr. Rose serves as a corporate advisor to the Center for Global Business at Seattle University's Albers School of Business and Economics.
