This class will focus on how to love and appreciate our bodies and the astonishing things they do. We will surround ourselves in a supportive and healing environment without judgement or jealousy. This class will use mantras, meditation, and breathwork to begin healing from within, which will help us heal externally. We will then move into poses to help build strength and heat throughout the entire body. Our bodies are absolutely remarkable and its time we realize that. A discussion of helpful Wellness products to follow.All are welcome! This class is designed for all bodies and yoga levels. Taught by: Devin Moore 200-hour RYT
