Join Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Coach Golda Smith for a 45 minute workout followed by 15 minutes of stretching, meditation, and goal setting/visualization. The last 15 minutes are a group discussion about anything from self-love, spirituality or eating well! Each week we will choose a topic and let you know in advance.
