Pilates takes you through movements that engage your full body, to help youimprove mobility, flexibility,posturalalignment and strength. In my class you can expect to workout your core muscles including yourabdominals, inner and outer thighs, and back, as well as yourarms and glutes! Classes may also incorporate props and lights weights.
What do you need to bring?
- Yoga/Pilates mat
- Workout clothes
