What we'll do
We will meet to walk, run, or learn to run along the river path. Then we will gather as a group to socialize; drink coffee, eat breakfast or just get to know each other! We will share our goals and dreams for 2018 and how we will achieve them!
What to bring
water bottle, dry clothes if needed, towel, good attitude, and smile!
Important to know
This is a non-competitive group. We will achieve our goals with the support and camaraderie of our tribe. All ages and abilities welcome. Whether you are a moms, grandmother, or single woman, together we will work toward our health and fitness goals! Anything is possible!
