Folsom Bike sponsors one mile of the American River Bike Trail. We have mile 30 - 31 which is the section of the trail closest to the shop. As part of this sponsorship, we are required to help maintain our section. This basically means trash pickup and possibly some minor trimming. We plan to hold our first 2018 trail maintenance work party on Saturday, February 10th at 8am. With enough people, we could easily complete our work in an hour or so. The plan would be to meet at the Folsom Shop at 8:00 am for supplies and directions and easily be back to the shop before 10:00 am. Please bring your bikes so that we can ride out to our section of trail. After we clean our section, people still have plenty of time to head out for a Saturday morning ride or just hang out for a while and socialize with coffee and treats.
