Leader: Ron Haines[masked]

Explore the cypress-swamp shoreline of beautiful Blue Cypress Lake off State Road 60 west of Vero Beach. Osprey and other wildlife are abundant. We will be on the water for about three hours. Leisurely. There are bathroom facilities at the launch, but once on the water there is no break spot.

Meet at Middleton's Fish Camp (http://www.middletonsfishcamp.com/) It is on the northern end of Blue Cypress Lake Road. The turnoff to Blue Cypress Lake Road is 18 mi. west of I-95, off St. Rd. 60. If you get to Yeehaw Junction, you went 6 miles too far. Turn around and come on back. From SR 60, go north on Blue Cypress Road about 5 miles. Follow the signs to the Bait and Tackle Shop.
We will meet at the northernmost boat ramp, not the one next to the fish camp office.
For your GPS, use the address of 6939 Blue Cypress Lake Road, Vero Beach, FL to get yourself close. Or you can try this one to get closer:[masked]rd Manor, Vero Beach, FL.
