TIME: There will be a long line to get in. Plan on being there early and on line before 7:30 am (7 am recommended). You will need to stand on line to turn in your waiver (http://www.dutchsprings.com/waiver.html), pay admission, and purchase 2 tank refills before being allowed in.

PARK FEES: Check the Dutchsprings website (http://dutchsprings.com/rates.html)

WAIVERS: Every person entering Dutch Springs, whether scuba diving or not, must fill out a waiver. You can fill out a waiver when you arrive at Dutch Springs, or you can print a PDF version of our waiver below, and bring it to the Dutch Springs admissions office. [ Dutch Springs Adult Waiver (http://www.1877scubausa.com/pdfs/Adult.pdf) ] [ Dutch Springs Minor Waiver (http://www.1877scubausa.com/pdfs/Minor.pdf) ]

AIR REFILLS: When you purchase your admissions tickets Saturday morning you should also purchase 2 low pressure (3000 psi) air refills for Sunday. When finished on Saturday afternoon drop off your tanks at the filling station near the main gate and pick them up Sunday morning. Note: There is a fee for the air fills. Remember, you must have at least 2700 psi in your tank to do each certification dive.

SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES: Be inside the gate by 8:00 a.m. When you pass through the main gate turn right and proceed past the air fill building to the peninsula. You will need to pick a spot within our group area to lay out all your gear. You can park down by the water to unload your gear, but you will have to move your car to the upper lot behind the refreshment center after unloading. We highly recommend brining a tarp. The grass is wet, especially in the early AM.

ACCOMMODATIONS:You can camp within the park and you must bring your own camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, lantern, etc). Bathroom and shower facilities are available. If you aren't into roughing it, you can stay in Allentown about 10 minutes away. We typically use the Red Roof Inn. [masked]-5404. Ask for Bill. Tell them you are a SCUBA STUDENT with 1-877-SCUBA-USA and you should get the divers rate. You can also drive home and back.

LUNCH: You will be responsible for bringing or purchasing your own refreshments and lunch. There's a Noble Romans Pizza located in the Refreshment Center not far from our dive site. However, we recommend packing your own lunch and refreshments since there could be a long line at the Refreshment Center and you'll need to be on time for all of your dives and training sessions.

CAMPING AND NIGHT DIVING: Adults: $10.00 per person per night plus next days admission. Children: 5 - 9 years old $5.00 per person per night plus next days admission Children under 5 are FREE. Click here for our PDF Camping Information Sheet. (http://www.dutchsprings.com/camping%20and%20night%20dive%20rules%202004-2.pdf)

EQUIPMENT: You are responsible for your own personal equipment and for picking up your Rental SCUBA Equipment. You will be wearing a 7mm wetsuit, which you must try on before going to Dutch Springs to ensure proper fit. Purchasing Neoprene gloves is also highly recommended.
