We will be doing a 1 hour outdoor exercise class that is for all levels of fitness and income. You will sweat as we are all motivating each other. It is a combination of cross functional movement, and plyometrics designed to increase lean muscle, decrease fat, and increase endurance. Three Levels of Exercise will be presented: beginner, intermediate, and advance. Bring comfortable training, or running shoes because you will be on a mix of dirt and cement. Also, bring your own water. I am really excited to meet you all, and hope that together we can create a community of individuals looking for healthier, energetic, more confident, better looking bodies.
