Our experienced team works tirelessly to source the best beans from farms around the world, roasting them by hand on our 1957 German cast-iron roaster in Fulton Market.
Off Color Brewing is located in Chicago and focuses on unique craft beers. Founded by two local natives who cut their teeth at larger breweries.
Chef Jeremy Noga came up through the ranks of a Michelin rated restaurant working for Paul Virant in the early 2010s. After that, he ran a different local grocer before helping to open a small plates restaurant in the South Loop of Chicago. He is passionate about serving local ingredients and showcasing local farmers.
