Our next zazenkai (morning sitting session) will occur onSaturday 02-December at 9am.
At our last session we sat two 40 minute seated meditation sessions with a walking session between them.
Tesshin used his weekly Dharma talk to explain the Kyosaku or the "awakening stick" He described it as a compassionate means to reinvigorate and awaken the student who may be drifting during Zazen.
