Leaders of Tomorrow is a leadership mentoring program for high school African American students in the Twin Cities (8th through 12th grade). Students attend an engaging session once per month throughout the school year (October-June) where they will learn about topics related to 4 developmental areas: 1) Leadership 2) Financial Literacy 3) College Preparation and 4) Career Preparation
In addition to the monthly programming, students will be paired with mentors that are working professionals that can provide critical advice and knowledge that will assist the students in the areas listed above.
Student participants also have the opportunity to compete in a case competition with other LOT participants and compete against LOT chapter nation wide.
