Please join us for an AWESOME morning yoga class to start your weekend.

This therapeutic class is tailored to meet the stretching and strengthening needs of those present, regardless of how the body does or does not bend. It stimulates your physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual bodies via accessible, personalized adaptations to make the pose fit the body that is on the mat. You will learn to focus on breath and honor where you are while appreciating the bodys capabilities in the present moment. This class is accessible to all levels, but focuses heavily on modifications and adaptations for physical challenges.
