Improve your performance by treating body stiffness and achy joints as well as rehabilitating injuriesall without having to seek out a coach, doctor, chiropractor, physical therapist, or masseur.
Training sessions: You will learn how to provide basic self-maintenance on your body to address tight muscles and improve tissue extensibility.
Mobility sessions: You will learn how to utilize a combination of active and passive stretches to improve muscle extensibility (muscle length), joint range-of-motion, and body awareness.
The fee for the class is $10, the first class is complimentary. Please bring a yoga mat, a foam roller (but not required), and a bottle of water.
