What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
You will find that there is plenty of free parking for this event. See the map below:
What can I bring to the event?
Gold/Silver Level: Table Cloths, Power Strips.
All Levels: 2 representatives from your company/organization (Max), Backdrops, laptop, brochures, products, etc.
When is setup?
Vendors may arrive at 8:30 am the day of the event to begin setup on the exhibit hall floor.
What materials will be provided when conducting a workshop?
Submit your workshop proposal/outline including title of workshop to https://myobexpohouston.wufoo.com/forms/z1pbbeok0xvosvu/
by 12/17/2016 in order for it to be included in the program.
Room set up, projector, podium, microphone, one flip chart with markers, AV support, and Free WiFi access. You will need to bring your own laptop.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
The registration is specific to your company/organization and is not transferable/shareable to/with another organization. Only 2 representatives per company.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. The deadline to do so is December 19, 2017.
Do I need to complete a workshop propoasl in order to conduct a workshop?
