Mindfulness is the ability to pay attention in the present moment without judgement, and with gentleness and friendliness. This meditation group is for everybody of all levels of experience and all faiths. No special knowledge or equipment is required just bring yourself!

This meditation group is for everybody of all levels of experience. Cushions and chairs will be provided. Donations gratefully appreciated.

How to find us:There is a small parking lot and free street parking. We meet in the Community Room toward the back of the building. Please enter by the side door in the park lot.
