Hiking the Perimeter Loop Trail

The Hike:
**rated 'Easy-Moderate'**
Hiking on the perimeter loop trail from Visitor parking lot clockwise around reservoir ..Distance 6 miles.

Bring the KIDS!!

Hiking duration, trail difficulty and distance is always up to each person and their own ability. All ability levels are welcome on this hike! Including the KIDS

What you might see:
Ecosystems and habitats, stream crossings, marshy areas, lakes, ponds, overlooks and viewpoints, and perhaps a black bear, falcon, hawk or a pair of Eagles.

What to Bring:
The kids!! ...Bring The KIDS!!
Dress For The Weather.
Pants tucked into socks is recommended for tick control.
Bring 1 liter of water per person, food/snacks, sun block, tick repellant, and a small personal first aid kit in a Day Pack or Rucksack. Hiking shoe/boot always recommended. Camera is definitely recommended.

Bathrooms available in visitor center (if they open) and 2 porta-pottys along our hike, one at begining and another at 3/4 way

Meet:
By 10:00 AM at the Visitor Center Parking Lot.

**Plan to arive EARLY - be considerate to the group.

***If your running late, let me know via text messg that morning only at[masked]. Understand the group may or may Not wait for your late arrival.

Directions:
In Warren Co, Take route 57 to Montana Rd in Stewartsville to left on Richline Rd to left on Merrill Creek Rd to visitor center parking

Sign up early number of participants is limited. Inclement weather may cancel the hike.

All participants understand there are certain hazards when hiking on any terrain. Please be aware of your surroundings while outdoors. When signing up for this hike you agree to hold All participants & me and all companies I work for harmless and assume all risks while on these events. Your guide carries CPR and Wilderness First Aid certifications and has a first-aid kit while on the hike to assist you in the event you need it.
