How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Can I register on-site the day of the event?
We strongly encourage you to register online before theApril 8thdeadline to ensure you are guaranteed a spot.If there are still seats available, day-of registration will be available.
What time is registration/check-in?
Registration/check-in will begin at 7:30am. We ask that you check-in no later than 7:55am to ensure the program begins on time.
What is the dress code for the day?
Participants are asked to dress in business casual attire. You may be standing for upwards of 30 minutes, and you will be walking across campus, so comfortable shoes are recommended. Also be aware that temperatures may vary throughout the day and in different areas of the facility.
Will there be food?
A continental breakfast will be served during registration/check-in from 7:30-7:55am. Feel free to bring a small snack and water if you feel it is necessary throughout the day.
How long does the event last?
Registration will begin at 7:30am. The final session will end at 1:00pm with an opportunity for 1:1 questions from 1:00-2:00pm.
Who can attend?
This event is open to high school seniors, undergraduate and graduate students, and professionals who may be interested in pursuing a career in medicine. Due to space constraints, parents of interested students will not be able to attend with their student.
Do I need to cancel if I decide I can't attend?
Yes, please let us know if you need to cancel your registration. This is a highly anticipated event held only once a year and space is limited. Help us serve as many people as possible by letting us know if you cannot attend. You can either cancel through Eventbrite or email us directly at FLAMedSchool101@mayo.edu to let us know.
