In this weekly class, you will:
- Learn how to Meditate through various Guided Meditations and techniques
- Let your body and muscles meditate with you by enjoying some Thai Massage and Gentle Yoga Stretches

We will practice different meditations each week ranging from mindfulness, visualization, healing, movement and more.

Massage time varies depending on class size, release tension from various body parts such as neck and shoulders, back, legs, feet, arm and hands. 8 people maximum per class.

- Promotes deep relaxation
- Stress and anxiety relief
- Treat insomnia
- Increases energy
- Aligns the chakra/energtic system
- Promotes concentration and memory
