What we'll do
Welcome to your weekend workout. Great way to start your morning.

Now it's time to workout:

Group warm up

Half Marathon group- You will be running 8 miles. You will be placed in a pace group based on your time from the fitness test. Remember this is your LSD (long slow distance) so your will run on the more conservative pace. This run is stictly to build endurance.

You will participate in post run stretches. Bring water to drink as we cool down and stretch. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THIS ARTICLE- SOMETIMES DURING YOU LONG PERIODS OF TRAINING YOU NEED TO REMEMBER "RUNNING IS LIKE A ROMANCE"

Please come prepared to discuss your weekdays run and pace so we can help guide your weekend training.
