TaijiFit Instructor Basic Training

In this 2-day course, you will be introduced a revolutionaryway to bring Tai Chi to your fitness clients a way thatmakes this workout fun, hip, and accessible to anyone.Youll learn to break down and teach 17 different Tai Chiexercises, using a 5-part cueing format. Each movement istaught using a unique application of functional fitnessprinciples, which makes it much easier to learn these mind/body techniques. Youll also learn about the history of TaiChi and its relationship to modern fitness theory; thetraditional postures and principles that will keep your Tai Chiauthentic; and the recent medical discoveries by the MayoClinic, Harvard Medical school and others that show Tai Chisbenefits for those with obesity, diabetes, hypertension,arthritis and more.

Saturday Only: For fitness/therapy professionals who want education and CEC's (and the Tai Chi curious!). This day covers mostly theory of FLOW, the experience of TaijiFit and basic understanding of the TaijiFit method. You will walk away with several movements you can start using immediately, but not to teach using the TaijiFit method.

Saturday & Sunday: For those who wish to become fully licensed as TaijiFit instructors. During the second day, you will learn a series of 5 combinations that make up a basic class. You will also learn specific applications for physical therapists and functional fitness experts.

TaijiFit Instructors guide their students into a state of rhythm, connection and inner harmony that we call the state of Flow. In that state your movement becomes freer, the energy inside you is awakened, and your mind becomes peaceful and calm. You find balance. And when you find balance everything just works better.

What's the refund policy?

If you cancel your enrollment 30 days prior to the training, you will recieve 100% refund. We also offer a full refund to anyone who takes the teacher training and is not fully satisfied. However, you will not receive your CEC's or certification, and you must request your refund within 24 hours of the end of the training.

We also promise to hold the training even when we do not register the minimum number of attendees. We do this by shifting the training to a live online webinar. The days and times will remain the same. All you will need is an internet connection and a webcam. This an even be a smart phone or tablet. No refunds are offered for shifting to the online webinar.
