Indoor rowing is one of, if not the best, tools you can use to help achieve and maintain a healthy bodyweight. You can row when you can't run, swim, or bike due to physical limitations. You should row instead of the previous due to it being very easy to learn, low-impact and readily accessible no matter the weather.
