Attend ImPACT's 2nd Annual Summit on Saturday, September 16th, @ the VCU School of Medicine, McGlothlin Medical Education Center. This 1-day conference will cover the nature and scope of child sex trafficking in our country, including in Virginia, and what you can do to mitigate this growing public health issue.
Although this training is tailored for health care providers, everyone is welcome to attend. Awareness is Prevention. We all have a part to play in fighting human trafficking. Come learn from the world-renown expert on child abuse & child trafficking, V. Jordan Greenbaum, MD. Wendy Barnes, survivor of child abuse and sex trafficking, will share her story of courage and triumph.
Child sex trafficking is the most overlooked, misunderstood, and unaddressed form of child abuse in our country today. Contrary to public opinion, the majority of victims of sex trafficking are U.S. citizens, with almost half under the age of 18.
Help us end the buying and selling of our youth for profit.
