LA Healing Circle

This mindful experience will encourage you to find peace, live bravely, think creativly, and manifest the deeply held desires of your heart.

Each healing circle will feature:

1) Guided meditation

2) Encouragement talk

2) Rotating Mindful enrichment activity (walking meditation, journaling, contemplative art viewing, relational mindfulness or sound bath)

3) Closing kindness practice
