Please Note: There is a 250lb weight capacity (class is 45 minutes)

Please arrive 15 minutes early fortrampoline set up and safety tips,late arrivals will not be ableto particiapte in class. Unfortunately there are no refunds so pleasearrive on time and come experience fitness on a different level. This class is for all fitness levels.
