What we'll do
We will do a 2 1/2 hour Shinrin Yoku walk in a beautiful Bay Laurel grove to our expand senses and get in touch with the forest. At the end of the walk we will have some contemplative alone time in the sunny meadows above the forest followed by a native herb tea ceremony and some snacks.
What to bring
Bring a water bottle, sunscreen and the desire to let go of your everyday life and fully immerse yourself in nature.

Limited cell phone reception; bathrooms near the picknick tables; some poison oak (if you decide to venture off trail)
