Students will spend the day traveling to and exploring the city of Plains, GA, home of the 39th President of the United States, Jimmy Carter.
Please note: this field trip is heavy on walking and very heavy on history. If you do not like both of those things, this trip is not for you.
Students will depart from the main TU parking lot at 0800 sharp in college-provided transportation.
Students need to bring at least $15 for lunch. Bring more money if you would like to purchase sourvenirs.
Please eat breakfast before you come and plan to eat dinner after we return. We will return sometime between 5 and 6 PM. Please have someone pick you up from the main TU parking lot at that time.
