Owner of Body Wisdom, Maressa will be teaching two introductory to Lifestyle Yoga classes held under the canopy of a 350 year old oak tree at Collective Kindness Home. Maressa has been teaching and studying the practices of yoga, pilates, and movement for most of her adult life.
In this class you will learn:

- Alignment concepts and proper body positions
- Modern movement and how to apply to an active lifestyle
- How to pin point your personal capabilities and meet you at your individual level/needs
This class is held at a reduced rate of $5. The purpose for this is to simply introduce you to this style of yoga. If you enjoy this class and would like to continue it will lead into a full 6 week course applying the skills learned in the introductory class.

You must purchase the $5 ticket through the event link above to reserve your spot. Come as you are or grab a friend, neighbor, co-worker, or your mailman...
- LG Beach towel or blanket (class is held in the garden/yard)

We (Collective Kindness) staff took Marresa's class and it was so eye opening. We had a 63 year old who has had 2 broken backs, 2 mom's who have both had 3 kids and 1 recently, and a 20 something with a rodeo background! We are a lively bunch, but it was incredible to see how the same movements and adjustments that Maressa gave us, impacted each of us differently. The awareness that these simple tips and small changes brought were amazing. It was a fun and eye opening experience and we hope that you all will join us and gain so much from this!
Thanks for reading this far!!!
