We are excited to bring local, seasonal cooking classes to Snohomish! Recently featured in 425 Magazine, our classes are hands on and engaging, with recipes that are easy to create at home.
In all classes, we will use the finest ingredients of the local Fall harvest to create:
Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Chorizo and Cornbread Stuffing
Herb Roasted Fall Vegetables
Spaghetti Squash with Bacon, Goat Cheese, and Spinach
After each class, the three- course meal created in class will be enjoyed with Washington wine and beer.
All classes will take place at the Hungry Pelican in Snohomish.
