Practice Start Time: 8:30am required to be at shore (Warm Up)
Boat departs: 8:45am prompt
What to bring: Water bottle, sunglasses, sunscreen and wear closed toe shoes that won't slip in a wet boat. Water shoes are by far the safest and highly recommended.
FYI: Signing a Guest Waiver will allow you to paddle with our team 2 times. After that, once you are hooked on this awesome sport, you can join our team by filling out a membership form and paying $100.00 in annual dues. We practice from April through October on Saturdays (unless we are at a race) and most Wednesday evenings. We have paddles and PFDs for you to use if you don't have your own.

How to find us:From the parking lot, you can see Mountain Island Lake. Walk toward the lake, to the shore and look for people with paddles and PFDs. This where we launch our boat! There may be different teams launching, so ask for Healing Dragons!
