Hathais a general category that includes mostyogastyles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yogapostures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
Every week, we will be exploring a new yoga topic in order to expand our knowledge beyond the physical practice. We will be encorporating stretching and strengtheing along with meditation and breathing techniques.
These classes are DONATION based and are suited for ALL levels of experience, and all that is required is a mat and your body!
You may enter the studio through the open garage door.
