The Harvest Hope Duathlon is a 2 mile run, 14 mile bike, 2 mile run sprint race which will be held in Greenville, South Carolina on Saturday, April 18th. Participants may register as an individual or as a member of a 2-person relay. Proceeds from the Harvest Hope Duathlon will benefit children and families in Greenville County who are experiencing hunger.

DUATHLON COURSE INFORMATION (2-Mile Run / 14-Mile Bike / 2-Mile Run)

RUN: The first run is 2-miles.

BIKE: The bike course is 14-miles and includes two loops on Perimeter Road. Helmets are required.

RUN: The second run is the same route as the first run.


The Duathlon will be a timed event.

2-person relay teams may divide the course in one of two ways:
Option 1: one runs both 2 mile legs and the other cycles both loops
Option 2: each runs one leg and cycles one loop

All duathlon competitors who register prior to Friday, March 30 will receive a complimentary race t-shirt.

EVENT REGISTRATION
Participants must be 13 years of age or older. Online registration is available through April 11. After April 11, participants may register at the event by cash or credit card.

2-PERSON RELAY

PACKET PICK-UP
All participants must check in at packet pick up either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning at the event. Times and location for packet pick up are to be determined.

PARKING
Please ONLY PARK in the designated parking area. Any vehicles parked in unauthorized areas are subject to a fine and may be towed at the owners expense.

ROAD RULES
Since this event isan open course, please remember that you must yield to traffic and abide by the South Carolina Pedestrian & Bicycle Laws.

VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers are needed to assist with packet pick-up and race day activities. Race Day volunteers may pick up their race day assignment at packet pick-up on Friday and head straight to their volunteer location on Saturday Morning.

POLICIES & REFUNDS

  • Races are subject to delay or cancellation with no refunds.
  • This event will be held either rain or shine. No refunds or make-up dates will be provided.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Event time and courses are subject to slight modifications.
  • T-shirts are not guaranteed for registered duathlon participants who register after March 30th, who withdraw or who dont attend.
