Our illustrious organizer, fellow hiker and friend wants to climb Mailbox Peak on his birthday. This is my gift to him, hopefully he comes! This hike is rated difficult. It is almost 10 miles and 4343 feet, including very steep last 40 minutes to the peak. If you train for this and make it to the top you will be granted sweeping 360 degree view as far as the eye can see and a birthday party!

There literally is a mailbox at the top!

**Discovery Pass Required**

Timetable is:

6:30 - leave park and ride - please be on time
7:45 - arrive at Trailhead (bathroom is there)
8:00 - start climb
11:00 - reach peak - eat birthday cake :)
11:45 - start back down
15:00 - complete hike
16:15 - back at park and ride

Party favors: someone bring plastic forks :) please post that you can. I will supply cake and plates!!
