H.E.A.T. Hiking In Redwood Regional Park

Hey H.E.A.T. Fam,

Hope everyone had a great weekend. This Saturday We'll be at Redwood Regional Park in Oakland, meeting at the Redwood Bowl Staging Area which is the parking lot just south of Chabot Science Center. If you need an address, use the Science Center's and the parking lot is 10 yards away. There's a little office/house in front of the parking lot.

The trail will be 6.5 miles and is a fairly moderate loop. I'll put the trail directions below for those who are late.

Please remember water, shoes with good traction, a snack for before, during or after and your whistle. I'll also have Clif Bars to pass out.

After work hike this week will prob be Thursday again... Time and location will be posted tomorrow. Extra Credit Sunday hike for this week will prob be Cataract Falls.
