Getting FIT for the Masters Use

Ladies!! Are you ready to Get FIT for the Masters Use!!! June 1, 2018 Changed by GOD Women's Outreach Ministry will start back to our workout/bilbe study every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. I believe God wants us to take care of our physical body just as well as our spiritual body. So, Ive accepted the charge to be the one to initiate the challenge. We will have nutritional workshops, mental health awareness workshop, health screenings and so much more.
