I am a nationally certified personal fitness trainer from the East Coast and have been doing this Park class once a week for the past 6 years! Our community group meets once a week and I lead a class that will improve your cardiovascular and core strength, increase your stamina, build and tone your muscles, detox your organs, and bring you into a very loving and fun group of community members!! All skill levels can join from at-home-moms, to workaholics, to athletes, to every-day-gym-goers, to bodybuilders! I have been a professional trainer for over 26 years, so your workout difficulty will be customized to your skill level.
