Wrap up your work week with a gentle and restorative yoga class. Gentle yoga uses different sequencing for strengthening, opening, and cleansing the body.Each class incorporates a mix of seated poses, twists, and forward bends.

The poses move slowly and are held for varying lengths of time, unlike in our Flow (Vinyasa-style) classes where the poses are linked and create a flowing movement from one pose to the next.
