Gentle Yoga STRETCH

Explore multiple yoga postures at a comfortable pace to deepen into a stretch or pause for increased strength and stability. This class is focused on keeping the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy for increased range of motion and mobility in the joints. Gentle yoga movements encourage blood flow to specific muscles regions that makes the tissue more pliable and amenable for change. Regular stretching keeps muscles long, lean and flexible for increased functionality and reduction of injury.

Level: Beginner, Mixed Level Class, No experience required

GENTLE Yoga 101

This class is a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice which is easily customizable for each student. This style of yoga is highly individualized with on-going awareness to make moment-to-moment adjustments for optimal results.

This class is appropriate for beginners, for those looking for a gentle yoga practice, or for students who are looking to refine their practice.
Focus is on basic yoga postures, alignment principles, modifications and the basic foundation of yoga practice. Poses may include a variety of standing, balance and seated poses as well as forward bends and gentle back bends. Come learn and have fun in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Level: Beginner, Mixed Level Class, No experience required
