We start promptly with a 30-minute Function Run, which is a VERY SLOW version of jogging that helps to build valuable muscle strength and control in the legs. Following the Function Run, back inside Body Rehab Gym, we will hit the studio floor to receive instructions on mobilization exercises for the next 10-15 minutes. Walk (or run) away happy ;).

How to find us:We will meet in front of Hunter Dancer Center. Parking is located at the front of the studio and around the back of the building.
