We are excited to invite each of you to join us to meet old, new friends, have some fun and exercise at the same time.
Everyone should eat a little bit before the walk & run even if you would like to lose some weight. An empty stomach is not good for you.
We will have some small talk to enjoy each other before and after the run/walk. So we will not have much talking during the run period and deep breath is necessary.
It is easy to over-run in a nice social group having fun. Be sure everyone walks & runs without over doing it.

[masked]How to find us:When you take the west side of the lake, turn on 3240 W. Lather Dr (see photo: T. & P. Hill ). We meet close to the boat house between the restroom and water (see photo: we meet here ). We run toward the water and away from the restroom. :-)
