Would you like to get good at yoga? Join Freedom Yoga to learn the 6 fundamental principles of yoga movement and how to apply them to your own practice. Freedom Yoga is a slow flow style. The focus is on creating a meditative experience as you move through the poses. Each class begins and ends with meditation, because meditation is the main practice of yoga.
