What we'll do
The workout will consist of calisthenics, it is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval training) workout, however don't let that deter you from joining, high intensity is different for everyone, workout will be modified so that you are able to complete the workout. The main goal here is to get you moving, sweating and feeling great. The workout will run approximately 45 minutes, if you would like to stay after and talk nutrition and/or get a free wellness evaluation (body fat/BMI/weight) feel free. There are no strings attached, the workout is free every weekend, bring some friends, your family and lets have a good time, there will be music and lots of energy!!!
The things you will need to bring, Yourself, some friends, plenty of water, a mat (optional), and tons and tons of energy!!! You will also need to sign a waiver prior to working out.
My goal is to help people get healthy, that is all, my services for the workout/nutritional advice/wellness evaluation are completely free...I look forward to meeting you!!!
