JoinCarrie Brostek for a fundamental Pilates class! This class will focus on deep core engagement, precision, and breath work during movement of exercises to develop mobility, strength, and flexibility throughout the whole body. Accessible to all fitness levels as modifications and variations of exercises are offered to all participants. Designed for ages 16 and up. Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.
