Come join us on Saturday at 8:00 as we have a free fitness and weight loss bootcamp! This will be an hour long program that will consist of stretching, some body weight movements and some weight loss knowledge that you can use to get you through the week.
The goal of our Do The Behaviors bootcamp is to educate you on proper exercise, proper nutrition and proper mentality. It doesn't matter what your fitness level is I want you to come join us and get started on the path to getting healthy!
