Buddy Up: The Partner Workout


********PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE INVITATION*****************

Participating in this event you are consenting to participate in an exercise program that will include weight training and/or cardiovascular exercise. You are being informed that and understand that physical exercise has been associated with certain risk, including but not limited to musculoskeletal injury, spinal injuries, abnormal blood pressure responses, and in rare instances, heart attack or death. Every effort will be made to minimize this risk.

A. You assume all risk of injury and all risk of damage to loss of property arising out of your participation in this exercise program.

B. You release, discharge, and waive any and all responsibility from Ireyna Parker from and against any liability of injury including death, and damage to loss of property which may arise out of participating in this program.

C. Indemnify and hold Ireyna Parker harmless from against all liability, claims, demands, actions, loss, damage arising out of participating in this exercise program.

Showing up to this establishment and participating in the workouts, signifies that you agree that you are in good health and have been cleared by a physician to participate in an exercise program.

1 Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition and that you should only perform physical activity recommended by a doctor?

2 Do you feel pain in your chest when you perform physical activity?

3 In the past month, have you had chest pain when you were not performing any physical activity?

4 Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or do you ever lose consciousness?

5 Do you have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity?

6 Is your doctor currently prescribing any medication for your blood pressure or for a heart condition?

7 Do you know of any other reason why you should not engage in physical activity?

If you have answered Yes to one or more of the above questions, consult your physician before engaging in physical activity. Tell your physician which questions you answered Yes to. After a medical evaluation, seek advice from your physician on what type of activity is suitable for you.

YOU MUST BRING A CONSENT FORM FROM YOU DOCTOR STATING THAT YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN AN EXERCISE PROGRAM.


FAQs

1.Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All participants must be 18 years old.


2. What should I bring?

A pair of 5-10lb dumbblls, Yoga mat, Towel and a bottle of water.


3.How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

4. Is the workout for all fitness levels?

Yes! we have exercises for all fitness levels. Provided that you are in good health and cleared by a physician.

5. Should I eat before the workout?

Yes! A light snack should be consumed 45-60 minutes before your workout. Some examples of great pre-workout snacks are:

- fruit with Greek yogurt

-apple with peanutbutter

-protein shake

-Almonds

-Banana with peanut butter


6. What if I will be late?
Participants who show up more than 5 minutes late will be invited to come back to our next class.
The workouts are designed with you in mind and require proper time to warm up and to prevent injuries.
