Lets get healthy and fit together!
This is a group for anyone interested in getting healthy and active! All skill levels are welcome (18-65) - We are certified trainers that specialize in functional strength, mobility, weight loss and fitness. We have started this group to create a community of people that share the same fitness goals and can motivate each other on the way to achieving them! Full body workout that will target fat loss & strengthen those muscles! Every Saturday!! We will start at 8:30 AM sharp and finish - 9:15 AM . Be sure to come 10 minutes early to sign in. Make sure to bring your water bottles, friends & a big smile on your face :) We hope to see you all there!
