Ladies, I'm so excited to lead this workshop just for you!


This 2-part fitness event includes a 45-minute floor and core workout and a 30-minute healthy living workshop.

Part 1 Floor and Core Workout - Work through a series of total body floor exercises using your own strength (no equipment necessary!). You will leave this workout feeling energized and strong. All fitness levels are welcome and modifications will be provided as needed.

Part 2 Trin Perkins ( Healthy Lifestyle Audit Revisit your New Year Evolution goals and do an audit of the 6 key areas of living every day to the fittest! Trin will walk you through questions and things to consider for the 6 key areas of your health and wellness journey. You will leave this workshop with the tools necessary to establish a handful of healthy habits as you continue to allow the rest of your life to fall into place through mindfulness. There will be plenty of time to take notes, ask questions and interact with each other as you build your personal wellness plan.

A healthy, delicious protein-rich breakfast will be provided.

Exercise mats will be provided but you can bring your own if you'd prefer. Please bring water and a towel - dress in comfortable exercise clothes.
