Fleming College, Frost 5K/Run/Walk and Vendors
Come One Come All!!!
The Frost Student Association presents our annual Frost 5K and we look forward to seeing you there!!
When: Saturday April 14, 2018 8am to 12 pm
Where: The race will take you through the Trans Canada Trail, around the Frost Campus and our City Sidewalk's.
- Race Starts at The Auk's Lodge located behind the main building of the College and follow the signs.
- Race is open to all ages and prizes will be awarded to winners of each Category.
- We will have a few vendors and Fleming Students on hand to talk to our participants about community sustainability.
- Yoga Instructor will be helping participants with a warm-up before they run and a cool down after their run.
- Refreshments and snacks will be included for participants.
The race is free but we are asking for a financial donation to the Kawartha Lakes Food Bank on the day of the event.
